Shipping Methods/ Shipping Times:
What shipping options are available? How long will it take?
Australian Flat Rate 2-10 days
Express Shipping 2-4 days
International Orders: 7-14 Business days to be delivered after it leaves our warehouse.
Free domestic shipping on orders over $80 and free international shipping on orders over $100.

All orders placed after 12pm PST will ship out the next business day. All orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST will ship out the following Monday.
International orders will be shipped through Australian Post International Shipping and will be handed off to your countries local post office once it clears customers for the final leg of your delivery.
Days refers to Business Days and does not include Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays.

How long does international shipping take?
Once your order ships from our warehouse it typically takes 7-14 business days (7-20 business days during busy holiday season).
Packages will be shipped through Australian Post International Shipping. Once your order clears customs, Australian Post will then hand your order over to your countries local post office for the final leg of your delivery.
International orders are subject to taxes and duty fees.

Holiday Shipping times
Due to the high number of orders being processed and shipped please allow an additional 2-7 business days for processing time.
Business Days do not include Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays.

Returns/ Exchanges:
Can I return my order?
Yes of course! Your return must be received by Helmsye Clothing within 30 days of purchase. The returned item(s) must have its original tags attached, unworn (smoke-free) and in new condition. Return/exchange please follow the directions below.
Please remember to include a note on your order invoice on what exactly you would like to do with your return (exchange, charge-back, etc.).  If no order invoice, please write down your order #, email, and phone number in which you can be reached at. Thank You!
If your item is not in stock, you will be refunded.  Please allow exchanges 7-15 business days to be delivered once it has been reshipped.
*You can ship it back to us the cheapest way possible, just make sure you get a tracking #.

Can I do an exchange?

If I need to return/ exchange an item, do I have to pay the postage?
You will be responsible for the postage fee.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?
First we apologize for this error on our part, as you know mistakes happen.  Please take a picture of your order invoice (paper copy) as well as the item(s) you received.  We want to look into who packed this for you.  We will then send you the correct item (s) or refund if out of stock.  It is very important to let us know what item or items you need. Email this information to helmsye@gmail.com, thanks!

Can I return Bundles or Mystery Boxes?
No, bundles and mystery boxes are all FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns/exchanges for bundle and mystery box items.
Due to bundles and mystery boxes being prepacked and value pricing, all sales are final for all bundle and mystery box purchases.
So that our customers are aware that bundles and mystery boxes are a final sale purchase, we provide this information in the description section of each bundle and mystery box in bright red.

What do I do if I received a damaged item(s)?
If it is within 30 days of receiving your order, please take a picture of the item showing the damage.
Send an email to helmsye@gmail.com with the picture and your order number.
We will then review immediately and look to reship replacement item(s).

Order Status:
How do I change or cancel my order?
Email helmsye@gmail.com with your order # and what you would like to do. We can change or cancel your order as long as your order has not shipped out of our warehouse.

***DURING THE HOLIDAYS, DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF ORDERS BEING SHIPPED WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY LAST SECOND CHANGES (SIZE, STYLE, ADDRESS, ETC) AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED.

What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by logging into your account and clicking on the “My Account” tab. From there, click your tracking number for more information on your order

What could cause a delay in my order shipping out to me?
If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and try to contact you about selecting a replacement item. If we are unable to reach you within 2 hours, a refund will be issued for the out of stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped out immediately.
Wrong or Invalid Shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification!
If your order is flagged for fraud, processing will be delayed until we can verify the order is not fraud.
If your order was placed through PayPal, a lot of times it takes time for PayPal to “clear payments”.  We cannot and will not ship out orders until payments are cleared on PayPal’s end.
Helmsye Clothing does not work in observance on most holidays which could cause a delay.

What happens if my package says it’s delivered but I have not received it?
We will re-ship your order to either the same or new address. We will not issue a refund on your order we can only re-ship it. This is after the customer contacts either AUS Post, FedEx or USPS about their package.
Helmsye Clothing is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost in transit. Customer’s are 100% responsible for contacting the shipping carrier. Once your order ships out from our facility it is in the hands of the shipping carrier to deliver your package.
Please have your tracking # ready.

General Questions:
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Amex.

Why won’t my credit card work at checkout?
Sometimes credit cards will not work due to the customer moving to a new address that does not match up with the old address where he or she had the bank or credit card. You can always use PayPal.

Why was I charged but my order did not go through?
The transaction you see is not a charge, it is pending and will drop back into your balance in 24 hours. Please make sure you are entering your zip code correctly. Feel free to contact customer service if you have further questions.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
Please allow 2-7 business days for refunds to post back to your payment method.

Why can’t I apply my discount promo code to my order?
Customers are not allowed to double up on already discounted items. Discount/Promo codes cannot be used towards the purchase of product, already on sale items, BOGO deals, bundles and Helmsye Collaboration items.

How do I contact customer service?Customer Service can be reached by email helmsye@gmail.com. If you do send an email please remember to add your order # (if applicable), name, phone # and brief description of issue. We will be closed in observance of the below holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Christmas Day

Please note: Packages are shipped out on business days. The above Holidays are considered non-business days.

Why did I receive a refund?
We value shipping your order out to you as quick as possible therefore if an item you ordered is out of stock we will try to reach you by phone or email to offer a replacement. If we do not hear back from you in an hour a refund for the out of stock item will be issued and the rest of your order will ship out.
During the holiday season you may not receive a phone call or email and a refund will just be issued for the out of stock item due to the high number of orders being processed and shipped out.

Price matching
We do not offer price matching. All pricing at the time of purchase is final.

Pre-sale Orders
Pre-sale orders with multiple items will be placed on HOLD and shipped once the pre-sale item(s) in your order are available.
